- The SayPro Brand Material Office, operating under the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR, is responsible for designing and distributing official email signature templates.
- Templates are created in accordance with SayPro’s most recent branding standards, which include:
- Company logo placement
- Font type and size
- Color schemes
- Approved contact information format
- Design elements consistent with SayPro’s corporate identity
- These templates are reviewed and updated monthly, documented in the SayPro Monthly, specifically reference code SCMR-13.
2. Distribution and Implementation
