1. Purpose of the Assessment

The Brand Recognition Assessment is designed to evaluate the effectiveness of the newly implemented SayPro Monthly Email Signature Templates in enhancing brand consistency, visibility, and recognition across all SayPro communications. This process ensures that all external and internal email correspondences reflect the professional, unified image of SayPro.


2. Scope

This assessment covers:

  • All departments using the SayPro email system.
  • All personnel required to use standardized email signatures.
  • All external communications involving SayPro stakeholders, partners, clients, and beneficiaries.

  • New branded email signature templates created and distributed in January under SCMR-13.
  • Usage data (email systems, user compliance, updates).

5. Process Steps

Step 1: Deployment Review
  • Confirm the rollout of email signature templates to all staff via internal communications.
  • Verify that signature files are accessible through SayPro’s internal branding portal.
  • Conduct technical checks for compatibility across email clients (Outlook, Gmail, mobile).
Step 2: Implementation Audit
  • Randomly sample email threads across departments from January to March.
  • Check adherence to the approved template (fonts, colors, logo positioning, legal disclaimers).
  • Identify usage inconsistencies or unauthorized modifications.
Step 3: Stakeholder Feedback Collection
