I would like to send my deepest appreciation to all of you for coming in to respond and provide your responses to queries relating to the issues and concerns which Ms. Netshiozwe has regarding the company and its human capital.
Your presence to the Court on 21 and 22 November 2024 has really impacted everyone a lot.
We have learnt from our mistakes and I believe that Ms. Netshiozwe has managed to get the answers which she needed. I believe that she has also learnt from you and you have also learnt from her responses and findings.
Please note that her presence was to confirm her concerns and things she felt needed to be attended to. Do not use yesterday’s sessions to blame but to realise what could be seen issues and what needs to be improved.
To Netshiozwe we trully appreciate what you did and I wish this could be the culture where if people do not understand can come forward and issues can be raised.
I believe that you have learnt a lot from the 2 days Court sessions.
