Objective: Ensure that all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) developed for April are strategically aligned with SayPro’s overarching mission of community empowerment, sustainable development, and inclusive growth.
Activities:
- Cross-check each program’s KPIs with SayPro’s strategic outcome areas (e.g., education, health, economic upliftment, gender inclusion)
- Validate whether each KPI contributes directly or indirectly to long-term community development goals
- Involve the SayPro Research Office and Strategic Planning Unit in reviewing alignment
- Adjust or reframe KPIs as needed to enhance relevance and impact measurement
- Document this alignment in the KPI submission template to ensure transparency and consistency
