Project Overview:

The SCMR-13 team is responsible for the end-to-end process of designing, producing, and implementing branded door naming signs for all SayPro office spaces. This initiative aims to enhance the professional image and consistency of SayPro’s internal branding by aligning office signage with the organization’s visual identity and marketing guidelines.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Production and Implementation

  • Supervise Production: Oversee the full production process of all door naming signs for January, ensuring timely execution and adherence to the approved design guidelines.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure signs meet the branding standards, material specifications, and visual accuracy.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with print and signage vendors for sourcing materials, proofs, and final deliveries.
  • Installation Oversight: Ensure proper and secure installation of door signs across all designated office areas, coordinating with internal facilities teams where necessary.
  • Compliance: Guarantee that all signs comply with SayPro’s branding rules, office protocols, and health and safety standards.

2. Design Collaboration

  • Design Review: Collaborate with the SayPro Brand Material Office to receive, review, and implement the finalized door sign designs.
  • Feedback Loop: Incorporate feedback from internal stakeholders and adjust design mockups or production specs accordingly.
  • File Management: Organize and archive all digital design files, mockups, and sign templates in SayPro’s marketing asset library for future reference.

3. Branding Consistency

  • Brand Integrity: Ensure that all signs follow SayPro’s official branding guidelines including typography, color schemes, logo placement, and naming conventions.
  • Location Mapping: Work with the facilities department to develop a clear mapping of all office doors requiring signage and maintain accurate records of signage locations.
  • Custom Branding Requests: Handle any departmental requests for personalized or department-specific sign designs within the boundaries of SayPro branding rules.

4. Reporting & Documentation

  • Progress Reports: Submit weekly status updates to the Project Manager detailing milestones achieved, challenges encountered, and upcoming tasks.
  • Completion Report: Deliver a final report at the end of the month summarizing the overall execution of the signage initiative including visual documentation (before/after photos), costs, vendor performance, and improvement recommendations.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Background in graphic design, branding, or visual communication.
  • Strong understanding of corporate branding and signage systems.
  • Experience in project coordination and vendor management.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
  • Attention to detail and high standards for visual consistency.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
