Job Purpose:
The SCMR-13 team is responsible for the conceptualization, design, and production of professionally branded door naming signs for SayPro offices. This monthly initiative ensures all physical signage aligns with the overall SayPro brand identity, enhancing workplace aesthetics, internal navigation, and professional presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Material Selection
- Evaluate and select high-quality materials suitable for the production of door naming signs.
- Ensure that selected materials reflect SayPro’s professional and innovative brand image.
- Prioritize materials that are durable, easy to maintain, and appropriate for long-term usage.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure availability and cost-effectiveness of materials.
- Maintain environmental and sustainability considerations when selecting materials.
2. Branding & Design Alignment
- Create visually appealing door sign designs that consistently follow SayPro’s corporate branding guidelines.
- Incorporate SayPro color palettes, typography, logos, and other visual identity components into all sign designs.
- Ensure each sign maintains a unified look and feel across various departments and office spaces.
- Develop design templates that can be easily adapted for future use or changes.
3. Coordination & Execution
- Work closely with the SayPro Brand Material Office and SayPro Marketing Royalty division to align creative direction.
- Prepare mockups and prototypes for internal review and approval.
- Organize and lead regular design check-ins and feedback sessions with relevant stakeholders.
- Deliver final sign designs by specified deadlines to allow for timely printing and installation.
4. Quality Assurance & Installation Oversight
- Review all completed signs to ensure adherence to SayPro standards before installation.
- Coordinate with the installation team to oversee the placement and positioning of each sign.
- Ensure correct naming, spelling, and consistency in size, material finish, and placement for all signs.
- Maintain a log or inventory of completed signs for auditing and reference purposes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in branding, graphic design, or signage production.
- Strong knowledge of material types suitable for indoor signage (e.g., acrylic, aluminum, vinyl, etc.).
- Proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Keen attention to detail and a solid understanding of brand identity systems.
- Project management capabilities and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
Deliverables:
