Position Summary:
The SayPro Monthly Door Naming Signs Design and Branding Team (SCMR-13) is responsible for designing, producing, and implementing branded door signs for offices under the SayPro brand. This project forms a key part of the SayPro Marketing Royalty initiative, ensuring visual consistency and brand excellence across office locations.
As a team member, you will play a critical role in the creative design, production coordination, and deployment of high-quality, professional door naming signs aligned with SayPro’s corporate identity and branding standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design & Branding:
- Develop creative and on-brand door naming sign concepts for all relevant office doors.
- Incorporate SayPro brand guidelines, logo standards, color palettes, typography, and layout specifications.
- Collaborate with the SayPro Brand Material Office to finalize mockups and design proofs.
- Ensure designs cater to clarity, professionalism, and consistency across different office departments.
2. Coordination & Production:
- Liaise with in-house production teams or approved third-party vendors for manufacturing door signs.
- Oversee the material selection process ensuring durability, sustainability, and premium finish.
- Coordinate the production timeline, ensuring on-time delivery and quality control compliance.
3. Implementation & Installation:
- Organize and supervise the physical installation of door signs at designated office locations.
- Ensure all signs are installed correctly, securely, and according to the finalized floor plans.
- Troubleshoot any issues during installation and coordinate necessary fixes or adjustments.
4. Project Management:
- Maintain clear documentation of design files, revisions, production orders, and approvals.
- Track project progress against the SCMR-13 January timeline and report milestones to the SayPro Brand Material Office.
- Ensure alignment with broader SayPro Marketing Royalty initiatives and monthly deliverables.
5. Communication & Collaboration:
- Work closely with the SayPro Branding, Facilities, and Office Management teams.
- Provide regular updates, design drafts, and progress reports.
- Attend team meetings and creative review sessions as required.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate branding, signage design, or environmental graphic design.
- Familiarity with production processes and materials used in signage.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of brand systems and visual identity standards.
- Attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility.
- Excellent project coordination and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Professional communication and presentation skills.
Deliverables for January (SCMR-13 Cycle):
- Complete door naming sign design files (print-ready and digital proof versions).
- Approved signage production orders for each office.
- Final installation of all signs in designated areas by end of January.
- Post-project summary report including images, challenges, and feedback.
Additional Information:
This is a monthly cycle-based project role under the SayPro Marketing Royalty system. Outstanding performance may lead to involvement in future branding and design projects within the SayPro ecosystem.
