Overview:
The SayPro Monthly Door Naming Signs Design and Branding team (SCMR-13) is tasked with creating, designing, and branding high-quality door signs for office spaces under the SayPro Brand Material Office. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders and meticulous attention to the design process, from initial concept to finalized, branded office door signs. The team is responsible for ensuring that the final products align with the SayPro marketing guidelines and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Branding of Door Naming Signs:
- Create visually appealing, branded door signs that represent the identity and values of SayPro.
- Incorporate SayPro’s branding guidelines into the design, ensuring consistency across all signage.
- Develop custom design concepts that reflect the intended office atmosphere and purpose.
- Use professional design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) to produce high-quality design drafts.
- Ensure that designs are clear, legible, and aesthetically fitting for office environments.
- Material Selection:
- Research and select the most suitable materials for door signs, considering factors like durability, aesthetic appeal, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to source the necessary materials for sign production.
- Ensure that selected materials align with SayPro’s sustainability and quality standards.
- Design Revisions:
- Present initial design concepts to relevant stakeholders (e.g., SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR, brand managers) for feedback.
- Revise and refine designs based on stakeholder input to meet brand expectations and functional requirements.
- Keep a detailed log of revisions, noting any changes and the reasons for adjustments made throughout the design process.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of each design project, including design iterations, materials chosen, and design approvals.
- Ensure all design documentation is accurate, organized, and easily accessible for future reference or audits.
- Document communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the design process.
- Prepare periodic status reports on design progress and material selections for internal review meetings.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Coordinate with the SayPro Monthly SCMR-13 team members to ensure alignment on the overall design and branding objectives.
- Collaborate with the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR team to ensure all signage meets marketing goals and brand expectations.
- Communicate with vendors and manufacturers for the production of finalized door signs.
- Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders regarding project updates, timelines, and potential issues.
- Quality Control and Final Approvals:
- Ensure that final designs and printed door signs meet the quality standards set by SayPro.
- Inspect completed door signs for consistency, design accuracy, and proper branding before final approval for installation.
- Coordinate with facilities management teams to ensure proper placement and installation of the door signs within the designated office spaces.
- Project Management:
- Track project milestones and ensure that design tasks are completed within the set timelines for SayPro Monthly deadlines.

- Other Duties as Assigned:

- Contribute to any other design or branding initiatives as needed by the SayPro Marketing team.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in branding and signage.
- Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar programs.
- A keen eye for detail with a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to adapt designs to meet specific brand requirements while ensuring clarity and functionality.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders and team members.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain detailed records and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of materials and production processes for signage and branded materials.
- Ability to work within deadlines and manage time efficiently.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
Preferred:
- Experience in designing office or corporate signage.
- Familiarity with SayPro’s brand materials and previous design projects.
- Experience in working with marketing and branding teams in a corporate environment.
