Overview:

The SayPro Monthly Door Naming Signs Design and Branding team (SCMR-13) for January will be responsible for designing and branding office door signs to align with SayPro’s visual identity standards. The goal of this project is to create cohesive and visually appealing signage that represents SayPro’s brand values, enhances office spaces, and provides clear identification for various departments and teams within the organization. This role will require collaboration with SayPro’s Brand Material Office and marketing department for design approvals and sign-off processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design Branded Door Signs:
    • Create door signage designs that adhere to SayPro’s established branding guidelines.
    • Ensure all designs reflect the latest brand materials and visual identity as outlined by SayPro Marketing and the Brand Material Office.
    • Incorporate necessary elements such as the company logo, office identifiers, and appropriate color schemes that align with the SayPro brand.
  2. Collaborate with SayPro Brand Material Office:
    • Work closely with the SayPro Brand Material Office to ensure designs meet the internal branding criteria.
    • Regularly update and maintain communication with the team regarding design progress and any necessary revisions.
    • Integrate feedback from the Brand Material Office into the final design.
  3. Approval Sign-Offs:
    • Submit final designs for internal approvals from SayPro’s Brand Material Office or the marketing department.
    • Obtain approval sign-offs for final designs, ensuring they meet all brand standards before moving forward with production.
  4. Design Revisions and Adjustments:
    • Revise designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders (Brand Material Office, marketing, or other relevant departments).
    • Ensure that revisions are completed promptly and do not delay the project timeline.
  5. Project Documentation:
    • Maintain detailed records of design iterations, approval sign-offs, and any correspondence related to the project.
    • Prepare documentation for final designs, including print-ready files, font usage, color codes, and any additional specifications needed for production.
  6. Ensure Brand Consistency:
    • Verify that all signage designs are consistent with SayPro’s broader marketing and branding strategies.
    • Use appropriate fonts, logos, and symbols that maintain brand integrity across all signage.
  7. Time Management:
    • Manage time effectively to meet design deadlines.
    • Prioritize tasks and deliver on-time results, ensuring the project is completed within the set timeframe.

Documents Required from Employee:

  • Design Concept and Mock-ups: Initial drafts and design concepts should be submitted for internal review.
  • Approval Sign-offs: Obtain and submit any required internal approvals for final designs from the SayPro Brand Material Office or SayPro Marketing Department.
  • Final Design Files: Once designs are approved, submit the final designs in the required format (e.g., vector files, high-resolution images, etc.) for production.
