SayPro Monthly Display Coordinator (Internal Employee Role)

SayPro Office(s) – Nationwide (as applicable)
Job Purpose:
To ensure the effective planning, coordination, implementation, and maintenance of the SayPro Monthly Display initiative, enhancing internal communication, employee engagement, and brand presence within SayPro offices. Employees will contribute to the visual representation of key messages, company values, and monthly themes by collaborating with departments and stakeholders to ensure displays are impactful, relevant, and aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordination with Stakeholders
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Human Resources, Office Management, and Facilities to gather requirements, content ideas, and design preferences.
- Serve as a point of contact for feedback and suggestions related to the SayPro Monthly Display.
- Ensure alignment with the SayPro Monthly SCMR-13 guideline and any specific display directives for each month.
2. Planning and Design
- Participate in the planning phase of the SayPro Monthly Display (e.g., for January and subsequent months), using tools such as planning templates, mockups, and visual boards.
- Contribute creative input for the design, ensuring it reflects the theme, company values, and current priorities.
- Suggest content types (infographics, messages from leadership, motivational quotes, performance highlights, etc.).
3. Execution and Installation
- Assist with the physical setup of the display in designated office spaces, ensuring compliance with safety standards and visual guidelines.
- Collaborate with vendors or design teams (if external support is needed) for printed materials, banners, or interactive elements.
- Ensure all elements are installed neatly, professionally, and on time.
4. Maintenance and Updates
- Monitor the display throughout the month to ensure it remains tidy, up-to-date, and engaging.
- Update any time-sensitive information or replace damaged/missing materials as needed.
- Ensure the display remains accessible and visible to all employees.
5. Feedback and Improvement
- Collect feedback from employees and departments regarding the display’s relevance, clarity, and appeal.
- Suggest improvements for future displays based on collected data and personal observations.
- Participate in monthly review meetings to discuss outcomes, engagement metrics, and new ideas.
6. Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain documentation for each monthly display, including themes, content, materials used, and feedback summaries.
- Submit reports or updates to the Display Project Manager or designated lead on a scheduled basis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and an eye for visual design (no formal design training required).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to collaborate across departments and roles.
- Attention to detail and pride in presentation quality.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous involvement in employee engagement or internal communication initiatives.
- Familiarity with basic design or layout tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint).
- Experience in cross-functional coordination.
Performance Metrics:
- Timeliness of display setup.
- Feedback scores from employees and stakeholders.
- Engagement levels with display (based on informal surveys or observed interactions).
- Consistency with SayPro branding and monthly messaging.
