Position Title: SayPro Monthly Display Coordinator

Position Overview:

Employees responsible for the SayPro Monthly Display are expected to implement visually engaging, organized, and impactful display arrangements in SayPro offices as per the SCMR-13 plan. This initiative is central to SayPro’s internal branding and communications strategy and is designed to create an inspiring workplace while promoting SayPro’s monthly themes, campaigns, and achievements.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Display Setup and Arrangement

  • Physically set up marketing materials, posters, flyers, product samples, and information brochures in designated display areas within SayPro offices.
  • Arrange digital screens, LED boards, and other multimedia components showcasing SayPro’s monthly content or promotional videos.
  • Follow the SayPro Monthly Display Plan (SCMR-13) for guidance on layout, color schemes, and thematic elements.
  • Maintain consistency in branding, spacing, and alignment across all office locations.
  • Ensure proper lighting, visibility, and accessibility for all displayed content.

2. Coordination and Communication

  • Coordinate with the Marketing and Creative teams to obtain updated visual assets and materials for display.
  • Collaborate with Office Administration for scheduling access to common areas for setup.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, or requirements to the Display Lead or Marketing Manager.

3. Maintenance and Monitoring

  • Conduct daily checks to ensure that displays remain clean, intact, and properly aligned.
  • Replace or repair any damaged or outdated materials promptly.
  • Monitor electronic displays to ensure they are functioning and showing correct content.

4. Documentation and Feedback

  • Take photographs of final displays for internal reporting and archiving.
  • Submit weekly progress reports detailing completed tasks, challenges faced, and ideas for improvement.
  • Gather feedback from staff to improve future display cycles.

5. Innovation and Improvement

  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance the visual appeal of the displays.
  • Suggest improvements to layout design, display content, or materials used.
  • Stay informed about display trends in corporate environments and recommend enhancements.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Good eye for detail and design aesthetics.
  • Basic understanding of branding and marketing principles.
  • Comfortable with light physical tasks (lifting posters, setting up stands, etc.).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to follow visual plans and guidelines precisely.
  • Familiarity with basic digital display equipment is an advantage.

Working Hours:

  • Setup is typically conducted before office hours or during off-peak times.
  • Availability during the first week of each month is essential for initial setup.
  • Ongoing monitoring may require periodic visits throughout the month.

Performance Metrics:

  • Timeliness and completeness of monthly setup.
  • Accuracy in following SCMR-13 visual plans.
  • Maintenance quality and issue response time.
  • Engagement and feedback received from employees.
