Job Overview:

As a key member of the SayPro team, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the monthly office displays. Your role involves ensuring that the displays reflect the company’s brand values, engage employees effectively, and contribute to a positive office atmosphere. This will also involve continuous analysis and optimization to measure the impact of the displays on brand recognition and employee engagement.

The main objective is to develop a strategy for effective monthly displays that align with SayPro’s goals and further strengthen the company’s brand presence within the office environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and Design Monthly Displays:
    • Collaborate with the Marketing and Branding teams to plan and design monthly displays for the office.
    • Ensure that the display themes are consistent with the current campaigns, company values, and brand guidelines.
    • Create visually appealing and engaging displays that resonate with employees and foster a positive company culture.
    • Develop a rotating display calendar to reflect key messages, achievements, events, and company milestones.
  2. Measure the Effectiveness of Displays:
    • Regularly assess the effectiveness of the displays in terms of employee engagement and brand recognition.
    • Utilize surveys, feedback forms, and informal discussions to gather insights from employees regarding the displays.
    • Analyze metrics such as the frequency of employee interaction with the displays and the impact on employee morale and motivation.
    • Track brand recognition through observations and feedback to ensure the display aligns with SayPro’s branding objectives.
  3. Optimize and Improve Displays:
    • Based on the gathered data, propose improvements or adjustments to the design, location, and content of the displays.
    • Continuously innovate with new ideas and creative concepts to keep the displays fresh, engaging, and relevant.
    • Work with the marketing team to update content, ensuring it aligns with upcoming campaigns or company goals.
  4. Coordination and Execution:
    • Work with vendors and internal teams to source the materials and products required for monthly displays.
    • Manage the setup, installation, and breakdown of the displays in a timely and organized manner.
    • Ensure that all displays are functional, visually attractive, and positioned in key areas within the office to maximize employee visibility.
  5. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Regularly communicate with various departments to gather information that may need to be reflected in the displays.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in visual design, marketing, or branding, preferably within a corporate or office environment.
    • Familiarity with office décor, signage, and branding standards.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
    • Ability to use software for creating digital signage or interactive displays (optional but preferred).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Creative thinking and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate and execute display setup efficiently.
  • Other Requirements:
    • Ability to work within a team and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Familiarity with measuring tools or methods for gauging employee engagement and brand recognition is a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • The role is primarily office-based with occasional site visits required for display installation.
