1. Locations for Displays

To ensure maximum visibility and engagement, the office displays will be strategically placed in the following key areas across all SayPro offices:

a. Main Lobby Area

  • Purpose: High-traffic area to capture attention immediately upon entry.
  • Display Type: Large format posters, digital screens.
  • Focus: Company-wide messages and upcoming events.

b. Employee Lounge / Break Room

  • Purpose: Informal space for relaxation and reflection, encouraging employees to interact with content during breaks.
  • Display Type: Poster boards, bulletin boards, digital displays with rotating content.
  • Focus: Wellness tips, employee achievements, and informal company culture highlights.

c. Meeting Rooms & Conference Areas

  • Purpose: Communicate important updates, performance metrics, and future projects to team members during meetings and presentations.
  • Display Type: Digital signage (TV monitors or projectors), whiteboards with visual aids.
  • Focus: Quarterly goals, project timelines, and upcoming company initiatives.

d. Hallways & Walkways
