Quarterly Targets:

  1. Update and Refresh Displays:
    • Objective: Ensure that displays in all offices are updated at least twice every quarter to maintain content relevance and engagement. This ensures employees are receiving up-to-date company information, project updates, and important news.
    • Action Plan:
      • Review Current Content: Evaluate the current content on each display to determine if it is outdated or irrelevant.
      • Content Gathering: Collect information from key departments (HR, Marketing, Sales, Finance) for updates or new content (e.g., upcoming events, project statuses, quarterly results).
      • Design Refresh: Update the visuals on displays to match current branding, trends, or seasonal themes while ensuring readability and accessibility.
      • Feedback Loop: After updating, solicit feedback from employees on the effectiveness and clarity of the information.
    • Frequency: At least twice per quarter—ideally once in the first month and once mid-quarter.
    • Deadline: For each quarter, plan to complete updates by the end of the first and second month.
  2. SayPro Monthly Display (SCMR-13):
    • Objective: Implement an effective and engaging display plan specifically for the SCMR-13 (SayPro Monthly) display.
    • Action Plan:
      • Monthly Review: Before each month, gather key data points, metrics, and insights to share on the SayPro Monthly display.
      • Visual & Informational Design: Use engaging visuals (charts, graphs, infographics) alongside concise written content to communicate monthly updates, such as sales numbers, employee achievements, or project milestones.
      • Interactive Elements: Include QR codes or short links that lead employees to more detailed information, such as company intranet pages, event sign-ups, or project updates.
    • Frequency: Update SayPro Monthly displays on the first day of each month with relevant data for the previous month.
    • Deadline: Ensure the display plan for the SCMR-13 is finalized and in place by the first week of each month.
  3. Plan for Effective Display in Offices:
    • Objective: Create a visually appealing and informative display strategy that will effectively communicate the company’s goals, values, and culture to all employees.
    • Action Plan:
      • Content Alignment with Company Goals: Ensure that displays reinforce the company’s mission, vision, and quarterly objectives. This may include showcasing key achievements, strategic initiatives, or focus areas.
      • Accessibility & Visibility: Assess the locations of displays to ensure they are visible and accessible to all employees, including those in remote or less trafficked areas.
