Position Overview:

Participants in the SayPro Monthly Printing Program play a vital role in maintaining the premium presentation and professional quality of SayPro’s printed materials. This position is responsible for managing, producing, and distributing high-quality print items that reflect the SayPro brand’s aesthetic and messaging standards. The role requires attention to detail, a keen eye for design consistency, and a commitment to environmental responsibility.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Print Management:
    Manage the end-to-end process for SayPro’s monthly printing requirements, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Material Selection:
    Carefully select appropriate paper stock and printing techniques that enhance the premium feel of SayPro’s printed materials, as directed by the SayPro Brand Material Office.
  • Production Oversight:
    Coordinate with approved printers and suppliers to oversee the production of marketing and branding materials, ensuring alignment with SayPro’s visual identity, specifications, and brand guidelines.
  • Quality Control:
    Perform thorough checks on printed materials to guarantee high standards of quality, clarity, color consistency, and alignment with SayPro’s aesthetic and messaging guidelines.
  • Distribution Logistics:
    Organize and manage the distribution of printed materials to various SayPro departments, stakeholders, and external partners in a timely and organized manner.
  • Sustainability Considerations:
    Prioritize environmentally-friendly practices by:
    • Using recycled or sustainably-sourced paper where possible.
    • Partnering with eco-conscious suppliers.
    • Minimizing waste and promoting responsible printing practices in alignment with SayPro’s environmental commitment.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    Maintain accurate records of orders, suppliers, quantities, costs, and distribution channels. Provide monthly reports on print activities, including sustainability initiatives, to the SayPro Marketing Royalty office.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with print production processes and materials.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Knowledge of sustainability standards in print materials (preferred).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
