🎨 Material Production

Objective:
To professionally oversee, manage, and complete the production of at least five (5) major printed materials during the reporting period, ensuring that all outputs reflect SayPro’s premium brand standards and marketing objectives.


Detailed Tasks and Guidelines

  1. Identify and Plan Materials:
    • Collaborate with the SayPro Marketing Royalty team to finalize the list of printed materials scheduled for production in January.
    • Confirm project briefs, designs, target audiences, and distribution methods for each item.
    Materials to include:
    • Promotional Brochures
    • Annual Reports
    • Event Invitations
    • Corporate Folders
    • SayPro Product Booklets
  2. Quality Assurance and Production Oversight:
    • Ensure that all printed materials are produced using high-quality paper stock to deliver a premium tactile experience aligned with SayPro’s brand identity.
    • Verify that appropriate finishing options (such as matte/gloss lamination, embossing, spot UV, or die-cutting) are applied where necessary for added impact and consistency with SayPro’s visual guidelines.
    • Supervise the proofing process, ensuring accuracy in design, content, branding, and production specifications before final printing.
    • Approve paper samples and print proofs prior to mass production.
  3. Vendor and Process Management:
    • Liaise with approved printing vendors to manage timelines, costs, and quality expectations.
    • Ensure that SayPro’s Material Production Guidelines and SCMR-13 standards are strictly followed by all external service providers.
  4. SayPro Monthly Printing Protocol (SCMR-13):
    • Implement the SayPro Monthly Printing: Use quality paper for a premium feel policy in all deliverables.
    • Maintain a log of paper grades, finishing details, and material types used for each print job for reporting and future reference.
  5. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Compile a Production Completion Report for each material, noting project outcomes, print specifications, vendor feedback, and lessons learned.
    • Submit a consolidated report with visuals and key production highlights in the SayPro Monthly SCMR-13 Report by month-end.
