Purpose:
To ensure that SayPro’s printed materials not only meet sustainability standards but also uphold the brand’s premium positioning in the market.

Requirements:

• All printed materials are to use quality paper that provides a premium feel and supports SayPro’s image.
• Paper selection and printing specifications are to be managed by the SayPro Brand Material Office under the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR division.
• The selected papers should reflect:
  • High print fidelity (sharp, rich color rendering)
  • Tactile quality that aligns with SayPro’s premium brand identity
  • Recyclable or sustainably sourced certification, where applicable

📋 Implementation Actions

1. Source Verification:
   • Ensure that at least 30% of paper stock suppliers are verified sustainable or recycled paper providers.
   • Maintain records of certifications (FSC, PEFC, or equivalent) for all sustainable materials used.
2. Supplier Engagement:
   • Communicate this target with all print suppliers by Month 1 of the quarter.
   • Request quotes and paper samples that meet both sustainability and premium quality criteria.
3. Production Tracking:
   • Log all printing jobs under SayPro Monthly SCMR-13.
   • Track percentages of jobs that meet the sustainability requirement.
   • Review and adjust sourcing or scheduling strategies if the target is at risk of being missed.
4. Reporting:
   • Submit a sustainability compliance report monthly, summarizing:
     • Total printing jobs
     • Percentage using sustainable/recycled paper
     • Challenges or issues faced
     • Opportunities for improvement
