Job Overview
As a Content Personalization Specialist at SayPro, your role is to bring our brand to life through engaging, customized digital content. You will be responsible for embedding meaningful and on-brand custom elements—such as quotes, slogans, and company values—into various digital assets. Your creative touch will ensure that every piece of content aligns with the SayPro identity and deeply connects with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Personalization & Integration
- Review and update SayPro content regularly to include custom elements in alignment with SayPro Monthly Personalization Strategy.
- Seamlessly incorporate SayPro’s quotes, slogans, mission, vision, and core values into:
- Blog posts
- Product and service descriptions
- Event pages
- Email newsletters
- Landing pages
- Company announcements and reports
- Collaborate with the SayPro Brand Material Office to source or create personalized content assets (graphics, taglines, CTA banners).
2. Editorial Review & Enhancement
- Audit existing SayPro content to identify opportunities for emotional and brand-relevant enhancements.
- Work closely with copywriters and marketers to ensure that content tone and personalized elements are consistent and engaging.
- Adapt messaging to resonate with specific audience segments while remaining true to the SayPro brand voice.
3. Content Development Support
- Assist in drafting or rewriting web content when necessary to embed personalized messaging effectively.
- Ensure the strategic placement of quotes or value-driven statements that reinforce SayPro’s purpose in content themes.
- Integrate personalization features provided by SayPro Monthly SCMR-13 directives and toolkits.
4. Cross-Platform Consistency
- Coordinate with the Digital, Design, and Events teams to ensure personalized content elements are consistently represented across:
- Social media campaigns
- Event registration and promotion pages
- Product and sales funnels
- Educational and internal documents
5. Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor engagement metrics (CTR, time-on-page, bounce rate) to assess the impact of personalized elements.
- Make data-driven improvements to the placement, wording, or style of quotes and values to maximize audience connection.
