Role Overview:
The Quote & Value Integration Specialist is responsible for sourcing, curating, and integrating inspirational and value-aligned quotes into all SayPro marketing and communications material. This role plays a key part in promoting SayPro’s identity by weaving motivational content from company leadership, global thought leaders, and industry experts into digital and print assets, ensuring alignment with the company’s mission, vision, and core values.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Curate Value-Aligned Quotes
- Research and compile motivational, leadership, and impact-driven quotes that reflect SayPro’s mission and vision.
- Source quotes from:
- SayPro Monthly (e.g., January SCMR-13)
- SayPro internal publications and leadership communications
- Recognized industry experts and thought leaders in education, leadership, transformation, and youth empowerment
- Validate accuracy, proper attribution, and relevance of all selected quotes.
2. Integrate Quotes into SayPro Material
- Collaborate with the Brand Material Office to embed quotes into:
- SayPro Monthly editions
- Brochures, reports, and internal documents
- Social media graphics and posts
- Training manuals, learning paths, and onboarding materials
- Work closely with graphic designers and content creators to ensure aesthetic and thematic alignment.
3. Personalize Content Using SayPro Values
- Customize communication materials by integrating SayPro’s Core Values (e.g., Transformation, Integrity, Service, Empowerment, Excellence).
- Align selected quotes with brand values to reinforce SayPro’s ethos in every publication.
- Utilize SayPro Personalization frameworks to embed cultural, motivational, and value-based context into employee- and client-facing content.
4. Maintain SayPro Quote Repository
- Develop and regularly update a centralized Quote Library categorized by theme (e.g., Leadership, Innovation, Impact, Community, Empowerment).
- Tag quotes by usage (internal/external, formal/informal, digital/print).
- Ensure accessibility for SayPro departments needing branded content.
5. Collaborate with SayPro Leadership
- Engage with SayPro’s leadership and department heads to gather original quotes or adapted thought pieces.
- Support the promotion of leadership messages through branded templates and monthly publications.
6. Support Campaigns & Themed Events
- Provide quote content for special initiatives such as:
- SayPro Recognition Weeks
- Annual Reports
- Youth Leadership Summits
- Marketing Campaigns (online/offline)
Key Skills Required:
- Strong research and editorial skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Creative writing and messaging adaptation
- Understanding of brand tone and identity
- Familiarity with motivational, leadership, and personal development literature
- Competence with content management tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Canva, Adobe Suite)
Performance Indicators:
- Relevance and frequency of quote integration across SayPro channels
