Role Title: Digital Personalization Specialist
Department: SayPro Marketing Royalty – Personalization Team

Role Purpose:
The Digital Personalization Specialist at SayPro is responsible for implementing real-time personalized content strategies across SayPro’s digital platforms. This role ensures every visitor experiences content tailored to their preferences, behaviors, and geographical context, increasing engagement, loyalty, and conversion in line with SayPro brand values and voice.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tailoring Messaging to Different Audiences
- Leverage SayPro’s dynamic content tools to:
- Adjust website or app messaging based on visitor data such as browsing behavior, device type, and engagement history.
- Serve content dynamically to different audience segments (e.g., first-time visitors, returning users, B2B clients, etc.).
- Customize experiences using geolocation data (e.g., localized promotions or greetings based on country or region).
- Collaborate with the Brand Material Office to ensure messaging aligns with SayPro’s tone, values, and branding guidelines.
- Develop and maintain a messaging matrix that maps user personas to corresponding content blocks.
2. Real-Time Personalization Execution
- Implement rules-based personalization logic using platforms integrated with SayPro’s CMS and CRM tools.
- Monitor user interactions and update personalization algorithms and user segments accordingly.
- Ensure all personalization elements are responsive, accessible, and optimized across devices.
3. Content Customization & Brand Integration
- Incorporate elements such as:
- Inspirational quotes that align with SayPro’s mission.
- Company values and brand pillars into targeted messaging blocks.
- Tailored call-to-actions (CTAs) reflecting the user’s previous engagements.
- Work with the SayPro Brand Material Office to continuously refresh and test new brand-aligned assets and personalized snippets.
4. Testing, Analytics & Reporting
- Use A/B and multivariate testing to evaluate the effectiveness of personalized content strategies.
- Analyze performance metrics (CTR, engagement time, conversion rate) from personalization campaigns.
- Present monthly performance reports to the SayPro Marketing Royalty team, making optimization recommendations based on findings.
Technical Tools & Platforms:
- SayPro Dynamic Content Engine (SCE)
- Google Optimize / Adobe Target (for A/B testing)
- CRM: Salesforce / HubSpot
- CMS: WordPress / SayPro Custom CMS
- Analytics: Google Analytics, SayPro Monthly Analytics Dashboard (SCMR-13)
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in content personalization or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and audience segmentation.
- Familiarity with personalization platforms and data analytics.
- Creative mindset with high attention to detail.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Performance Indicators:
- Increase in personalized content CTR and engagement.
- Improved conversion rates through dynamic content.
- Reduction in bounce rate and increase in session duration.
- Positive feedback from user testing and satisfaction surveys.
