SayPro Job Description: Personalization & Marketing Collaboration Specialist

Position Overview:

The Personalization & Marketing Collaboration Specialist plays a key role in integrating personalized, brand-aligned content into SayPro’s marketing campaigns. This individual works closely with the Content Creation and Marketing Royalty teams to ensure that every touchpoint—emails, newsletters, and website content—reflects SayPro’s values, voice, and community engagement goals. A key focus of the role is implementing directives from SCMR-13 SayPro Monthly Personalization and aligning them with ongoing content strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Personalization Implementation

  • Collaborate with content creators to incorporate personalized elements into monthly and ongoing campaigns.
  • Review marketing materials and ensure inclusion of personalized elements such as:
    • User quotes
    • Testimonials
    • Company values
    • Stories from SayPro Monthly SCMR-13 initiatives
  • Work with the Brand Material Office to source and maintain updated personalization assets (quotes, value statements, visuals).

2. Content Integration

  • Assist in embedding personalized snippets into:
    • Promotional Emails: Insert quotes from users or testimonials that align with the theme of the campaign.
    • Newsletters: Add messages from leadership, value-aligned blurbs, or highlights from user-generated content (UGC).
    • Website Content: Update web pages with monthly personalization features, including rotating banner quotes, spotlight stories, or SCMR-13 community highlights.

3. Cross-Team Coordination

  • Act as a bridge between the Marketing Royalty team and the Content Creation teams.
  • Participate in planning meetings to understand upcoming campaign themes and tailor personalization accordingly.
  • Ensure consistent tone, voice, and value alignment across all marketing channels.

4. Asset Management and Documentation

  • Maintain a database of approved personalization assets (quotes, testimonials, values-based copy, UGC) provided by the SayPro Brand Material Office.
  • Tag, categorize, and version-control content for easy access and future reuse.
  • Track usage of personalized content across channels to prevent repetition and maintain freshness.

5. Quality Control and Feedback

  • Review all personalized content for tone, grammatical accuracy, and brand alignment before distribution.
  • Collect feedback from recipients (via surveys or engagement analytics) to optimize future personalization approaches.
  • Monitor campaign performance to evaluate the effectiveness of personalization strategies and report findings to leadership.

6. Monthly SCMR-13 Deliverables

  • Implement all personalization tasks in line with the SayPro Monthly SCMR-13 directive.
  • Collaborate with Brand Material Office to ensure monthly personalization packs are distributed to content teams in a timely manner.
  • Provide post-campaign documentation and reports showing how SCMR-13 personalization elements were applied.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of marketing and content workflows
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail, especially in tone, grammar, and brand alignment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across teams
  • Experience with collaborative tools like Notion, Google Drive, CMS platforms, or marketing automation tools
  • Prior experience in marketing, branding, or content creation preferred
