Each employee must formally acknowledge the following brand-aligned documents:

  • Contained in the SayPro Brand Material Office Archives, these documents define the core identity of SayPro, including:
    • Company vision and mission

    • Customer engagement philosophy
    • Ethical guidelines and professional conduct

b. SayPro Messaging & Personalization Guide

  • As referenced in SayPro Monthly January SCMR-13 and the SayPro Monthly Personalization initiative:
    • Guidelines for customizing content with approved brand language, including:
      • Inspirational quotes
      • Company values
      • Client-first language
    • Personalization examples approved by SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR
    • Use of company tone and voice in external communication
    • Social media engagement rules
    • Templates for emails, proposals, and customer interactions

All employees involved in client-facing, sales, marketing, or communications functions must complete a training session on this guide and pass a comprehension check.


3. Project and Departmental Documentation

Each team must submit relevant documentation aligned with SayPro’s workflow system:

  • Weekly task reports
  • Monthly team updates
  • Client interaction logs (where relevant)
  • Usage logs for SayPro platforms and CRMs
  • Marketing performance tracking sheets (as required by Marketing Royalty SCMR)
