SayPro Documents Required from Employees

To ensure consistency, performance monitoring, and brand alignment across all departments, SayPro requires specific documentation to be submitted by employees involved in marketing, personalization, and brand engagement initiatives. The documents listed below are mandatory for employees working under the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR and related campaigns, especially concerning the SayPro Monthly Personalization efforts.

1. Content Performance Reports

Employees must compile and submit Content Performance Reports on a monthly basis. These reports should evaluate the performance and audience engagement of all personalized messages and content produced under the SayPro brand umbrella. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Engagement Metrics: Click-through rates (CTR), open rates, scroll depth, and time spent on page.
  • Conversion Rates: Form completions, purchases, or other defined KPIs.
  • Social Media Analytics: Likes, shares, comments, impressions, and reach across platforms.
  • Heatmaps or Interaction Data: If applicable, from emails, landing pages, or internal platforms.

Purpose:

To assess the effectiveness of personalized communication efforts and make data-driven decisions for future content strategies.


2. A/B Test Results

Due Monthly or Per Test Completion | Submitted to: SayPro Brand Material Office

Where applicable, employees must provide summaries and detailed findings from A/B tests conducted as part of SayPro’s personalization strategy. This includes:

  • Descriptions of test variants and hypotheses.
  • Test duration and sample size.
  • Performance comparison between control and variant.
  • Insights and recommended next steps.

Purpose:

To measure and optimize message customization based on real user interaction and preferences.


3. SayPro Monthly SCMR-13 Report

Due by the 5th of Each Month | Submitted to: SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR Coordinator

This document summarizes all personalization initiatives carried out under SCMR-13, including but not limited to:

  • List of personalized communications issued (emails, social media posts, videos).
  • Custom elements included (e.g., quotes, company values).
  • Audience segment targeted and rationale for personalization.
  • Alignment with monthly brand themes and goals.

Purpose:

To maintain strategic alignment with SayPro’s brand identity and ensure all content complies with official messaging and thematic focus areas.


4. Custom Elements Submission Log

Due Monthly | Submitted to: SayPro Brand Material Office

All personalized content must include designated custom elements approved by the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR. Employees must document:

  • The specific custom elements used (e.g., founder quotes, core company values, staff highlights).
  • Their source and approval status.

Purpose:
