SayPro Tasks to be Done for the Period

1. Brand Consistency Review

Objective:
Ensure all printed materials maintain a unified and professional brand identity across all communication channels.

Tasks:

  • Conduct a comprehensive review of all printed collateral produced during the period.
  • Cross-check each item against SayPro’s Brand Guidelines as specified in SayPro Monthly January SCMR-13.
  • Pay close attention to:
    • Logo usage: Proper placement, spacing, and scale.
    • Typography: Approved font families, sizes, and hierarchy.
    • Color scheme: Accurate use of SayPro’s primary and secondary brand colors.
    • Imagery and icons: Adherence to approved styles and tone.
    • Voice and tone: Alignment with SayPro’s professional and inclusive communication style.
  • Create a checklist and scoring rubric for easy tracking of compliance.
  • Document any inconsistencies and work with the content and design teams to revise or reprint as necessary.
  • Submit a final Brand Consistency Report to the SayPro Marketing Royalty for approval and archiving.

2. SayPro Monthly Printing

Objective:
Produce high-quality printed materials that align with SayPro’s brand image and meet organizational needs.

Tasks:

  • Coordinate with the SayPro Brand Material Office under the supervision of the SayPro Marketing Royalty SCMR.
  • Determine the specific printed items needed for the month (e.g., brochures, newsletters, posters, training manuals).
  • Select paper stock and finish appropriate for each item, considering:
    • Durability (e.g., gloss or matte laminate for brochures and presentation materials)
    • Readability (e.g., uncoated stock for text-heavy documents)
    • Brand appeal (e.g., premium textured finishes for high-profile communications)
  • Confirm print quantities, distribution plans, and deadlines.
  • Obtain and review print proofs before final production to ensure quality and brand alignment.
  • Approve final artwork and oversee delivery logistics.
  • Record all print specifications and vendor details in the SayPro Monthly Printing Register for audit and future reference.
