Description:
A fully filled-out SayPro Consolidated Line Monthly Report (SCLMR-1) – the official monthly progress report.
Requirements:

- Variances & Challenges
- Proposed Solutions/Next Steps
- Support Needed (if applicable)
Frequency: Monthly
Deadline: By the 5th working day of the following month
