Task: Develop Training Materials and Resources for New M&E Practices
Objective
To create clear, accessible, and effective training materials that support the successful adoption of newly introduced Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) practices across SayPro. These materials will help staff understand, apply, and sustain improved processes in data collection, validation, reporting, and analysis.
Training Materials to Be Developed
1. Training Manual: “Foundations of Enhanced M&E at SayPro”
- Content:
- Overview of SayPro’s M&E system
- Purpose and benefits of the new practices
- Key changes in workflows, tools, and responsibilities
- Definitions of key M&E terms
- Format: PDF and print-ready booklet
2. Step-by-Step User Guides
A. Digital Data Collection Tools (e.g., KoboToolbox or DHIS2)
- Instructions on installing, logging in, and using the tools
- How to conduct surveys, upload data, and resolve sync issues
B. Data Validation and Quality Assurance
- How to perform automated and manual validation checks
- Error correction workflows
- Maintaining audit trails
C. Reporting Templates and Dashboards
- Using new templates for monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports
- Generating visual dashboards and charts for project monitoring
