Objective:

Key Criteria for Influencer Alignment:

  1. Target Demographic Match:
    • Audience should primarily consist of youth, young professionals, entrepreneurs, educators, or individuals interested in skills development, innovation, and personal growth.
    • Regional relevance: Preferably influencers based in or popular within South Africa, the broader African continent, or global communities focused on education and development.
  2. Mission and Values Compatibility:
    • Influencer content must reflect themes such as:
      • Social change and inclusion
      • Skills development and lifelong learning
      • Economic empowerment
      • Entrepreneurship and innovation
      • Ethical leadership
    • Avoid influencers who promote content conflicting with SayPro’s values (e.g., unethical behavior, misinformation, discrimination).
  3. Content Quality and Engagement:
    • Consistent posting with a professional and authentic style.
    • High engagement rate (likes, comments, shares), preferably above 2.5% for micro-influencers.
    • Meaningful audience interaction (not just vanity metrics).

Steps to Complete the Task:

Step 1: Define Ideal Influencer Persona

  • Age range: 20–40
  • Interests: Education, youth advocacy, entrepreneurship, tech, personal development
  • Platforms: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube
  • Follower base: 5,000–200,000 (macro and micro-influencers)

Step 2: Research Influencers
