If a SayPro past Human Capital member has a record of poor performance, non-compliance and has some records that could be used in the current stage.

It is therefore important to discuss such concern rather than the implicated individuals. As SayPro staff members becomes friends during their employment and they continue their friendship after employment.

To protect such information their cases and scenarios can be used as reference to implicate the current policy formulation or systems development to mitigate past Human Capitals behavior.

So NO SayPro Human capital is allowed to discuss about the past SayPro Human Capital. Rather than to discuss the cases, scenarios and issues faced with the past Human Capital.

Should it be found that the current SayPro Human Capital has been discussing the past SayPro Human Capital or be it that the past SayPro Human Capital has been discussing with the current SayPro Human Capital about any confidential information.

Such Human Capital will be dismissed or fired with immediate effect.
