This is to inform you that SayPro Royal Chiefs have a mandate to manage the reporting process, and they also take the responsibility over reporting within their Royalties.

Should SayPro Royal Chiefs face challenges with regards to receiving SayProReports and SayProWorks

They must issue written disciplinary warning to the human capital who are non-compliant.

All SayPro Royal Chiefs must note the following:

1. All daily activities must be reported by the SayPro Royal Office Specialist on SayPro Corporation by each staff member. SayPro Specialists must also tag their official on the link. SayPro Officials must also ensure that they keep record of daily activities and monitor each Royal Spcialist.

2. SayPro Royal Office Officers must report weekly activities to their Royal Office Manager

3. SayPro Royal Office Managers must report to the SayPro Royal Senior Manager on a monthly basis

4. SayPro Royal Senior Managers must report monthly to SayPro Royal Chief

5. SayPro Royal Chief must report to the SayPro Royal Committee every quarter and annually

6. SayPro Royal Committee must report to Neftaly Malatjie Quarterly as per the SayPro Calendar of Events.
