This is to inform you regarding the Royal Committee is a respected Committee, and it deserves all the respect as it can.
1. The secretary will do media interviews, videos, and communication with external inquiries. The request must be approved by me after the Royal Committee approval. The secretary has access to ask me should there be any queries or clarity seeking questions. I do have the right to follow up and request information from the secretary through the monitoring and evaluation chief. No interviews without my permission. SayPro Royal Chairperson will also be doing media. Refer to SayPro staff calendar of events.
2. Should any employee from Clients and Partners wants to meet the Royal Committee. They must do so in writing, and the request must be approved by me before the Royal Committee can respond to the enquires in writing
3. All staff and clients in Programmmes and Services have full access to the Royal Committee without permission request or appointment. Royal Committee will listen to them and attend to their queries immediately.
4. When there are visitors to the location where the Royal Committee is. You are not allowed to introduce the Royal Committee
5. External people such as donors, funders, sponsors, and paying clients like employees working for governments, other businesses, and organisations. Are not allowed to communicate with the Royal Committee. This is to ensure that the Royal Committee is fully respected.
6. You all pray to God. All praises go to him alone. Avoid praising people, donors, and funders. God is above all of them. Praise him all the time. Not people or companies or their money.
7. Should people travel anywhere or attend to anything without my approval or permission on the above? They shall be dismissed with immediate effect.
