This is to inform you that the Lekgotla la ME Committee is a board that focuses on strategic activities rather than administrative activities.

The board is not allowed to do the following:

1. Lekgotla is not allowed to meet any visitor that comes to the office.

2. Lekgotla la ME Committee can only meet people through a formal procedure.

3. Lekgotla la ME Committee only deals with I internal and external problems, which are in line with the Human Capital Sheet or agreements signed with clients and partners.

4. Lekgotla la ME Committee does not interfere in office  management, and they should allow the branch or office to run their operations independently.

5. Lekgotla la ME Committee must respect the office, and the office must respect Lekgotla la ME Committee
