The WooCommerce Email Settings control all the automatic emails your store sends — like order confirmations, new order alerts, and password resets. You can customize the content, design, and recipients of each type.

📬 How to Access WooCommerce Email Settings

  1. Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
  2. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Emails.

📨 Overview of Default WooCommerce Emails

You’ll see a list of transactional emails WooCommerce sends, including:

⚙️ How to Customize Email Settings

🛠 Per Email Type:

  1. Click the email title (e.g., Completed Order).
  2. You can:
    • Enable/disable it
    • Change the subject and heading
    • Customize the email content using placeholders (e.g., {site_title}, {order_date})
    • Choose recipients (for admin emails)

🎨 General Email Settings (bottom of the Emails tab):

  • “From” name – Set the sender name. SayPro XX
  • “From” email address – Set the email address shown as sender. info@saypro.online
  • Header image – Optional logo/banner in email. Link to the SayPro Logo
  • Footer text – Text shown at the bottom of all emails. {site_title} — Since 2005
  • Base color / background / text color – Control email branding. #007c7f

  • Use a plugin like Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer or Email Customizer for WooCommerce.
