To oversee and coordinate all data collection activities related to feedback on SayPro’s training programs. This includes managing the distribution of feedback surveys and handling the logistics of interviews and focus groups to ensure smooth, timely, and complete data gathering.


Key Responsibilities in SayPro Data Collection

1. Survey Distribution Oversight

  • Prepare and schedule digital surveys (e.g., using Google Forms, Microsoft Forms, SurveyMonkey).
  • Ensure surveys are:
    • Aligned with the training’s learning objectives.
    • Distributed to all relevant participants within 24–48 hours after a session.
  • Coordinate with trainers to reinforce survey completion during and after training.
  • Monitor completion rates and send reminders as needed.

2. Interview & Focus Group Logistics

  • Plan the sessions:
    • Determine who will be interviewed or invited to focus groups.
    • Choose appropriate times and platforms (Zoom, Teams, in-person).
  • Send invitations with clear instructions and calendar links.
  • Develop interview and focus group guides aligned with feedback goals.
  • Assign note-takers or recorders, if necessary, to document insights.
  • Manage informed consent, if feedback is being recorded or attributed.

3. Scheduling and Communication

  • Coordinate with participants and facilitators to avoid scheduling conflicts.
