Implementation Process
1. Present Recommendations to Training Teams
- Share summary reports with prioritized improvement areas.
- Use visuals (charts, quotes, scores) to support insights.
- Facilitate a joint review session to discuss findings and align on action items.
2. Co-Develop Adjustments
- Work with instructional designers and trainers to:
- Revise session content and learning materials.
- Adjust timing, format, or delivery methods.
- Incorporate interactive elements, case studies, or simulations if needed.
3. Update Training Materials and Guides
- Reflect changes in:
- Slide decks, handouts, facilitator guides.
- Assessment tools and learning objectives.
- Ensure materials are tested for accessibility and clarity.
4. Pilot and Evaluate Changes
