In alignment with SayPro’s values of transparency, accountability, and open knowledge sharing, all finalized evaluation outputs are uploaded to the official SayPro website following internal review and sign-off.

6.1 Materials Uploaded

For the month of May, the following evaluation and analytics outputs were uploaded:

• ✅ Evaluation Reports: Final reports for all monitored projects, inclusive of executive summaries and annexes.
• ✅ Data Logs: Cleaned datasets and structured data exports used for analysis, in CSV and Excel formats.
• ✅ Charts and Dashboards: Static and interactive visualizations (from Power BI and Tableau), providing project-level KPIs and trend comparisons.
• ✅ Recommendation Matrices: Decision-oriented tools listing identified issues, root causes, proposed solutions, responsible units, and timeframes.
