Upload Instructions for SayPro Document Portal

  1. Log in to the SayPro Document Portal with your official SayPro credentials.
  2. Navigate to the “M&E Document Upload” section.
  3. Select the correct document type (e.g., Attendance Sheet, Monthly Report, Feedback Form).
  4. Upload the file in PDF, Excel, or Word format.
  5. Add metadata:
    • Department: SayPro Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Royalty
    • Date of activity
    • Region / Location
    • File description (e.g., “M&E Meeting Attendance – May 9, 2025”)
  6. Click Submit and ensure the confirmation message appears.
  7. Save the Document Reference ID for future tracking.

🔒 Note: No email or external storage submission will be accepted. All uploads must go through the SayPro portal for version control and data integrity.
