🔹 Objective

To publicly showcase the strategic progress made by each SayPro department by publishing Q2 2025 strategic milestones on the official SayPro website. This fosters transparency, accountability, and stakeholder engagement.


Update Process Overview

Step 1: Collect Strategic Milestone Submissions

  • Deadline for Departments: 10 May 2025
  • Each department submitted a concise milestone summary using the approved format:
    • Key Strategic Goal
    • Specific Milestone Achieved or Targeted
    • Date or Timeline
    • Impact/Outcome Statement
  • Submitted via SayPro SharePoint > Strategy Submissions > Q2 Milestones

Step 2: Review and Standardize Content

  • Action by Strategic Planning Office (11–13 May 2025):
    • Reviewed for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with the 2025 Strategic Plan
    • Standardized into short summaries (100–150 words each) per department
    • Edited for tone, language consistency, and readability for external audiences

Step 3: Website Content Upload

  • Tool: SayPro CMS (Content Management System)
  • Location on Website:
    • Main Menu: About Us > Strategy & Impact > Q2 Departmental Milestones
    • OR homepage highlight box: “Our Progress: See What We’ve Achieved This Quarter”

Format per Department:

Strategic Goal: Enhance internal capacity and organizational culture
Milestone: Rolled out the SayPro Employee Wellness Programme across 100% of offices in Q2. Participation reached 86%, improving staff engagement and retention metrics.
