  • Enable departments to raise challenges, request clarification, and suggest process improvements.
  • Strengthen internal alignment around Q2 deliverables and risk management.

1. Schedule Q&A Forum Series

Each department receives a dedicated 45-minute session.

2. Set Up Event Pages on SayPro Website

For each event page:

  • Title: “Q2 Departmental Q&A Forum – [Department Name]”
  • Description: Short blurb on the forum’s purpose (see below)
  • Event date/time and RSVP link (internal access)
  • Upload agenda and relevant documents (policy updates, KPIs, risk log summaries)

Sample Event Description:

Join your department’s Q&A Forum to engage directly with SayPro’s leadership and planning team. We’ll address questions on policy updates, operational targets, KPI monitoring, and any barriers to implementation you’re facing in Q2.

  • Features: Live chat, moderated Q&A, and downloadable slides
  • Moderated by Strategic Planning Office with department leadership present
  • All sessions recorded for internal playback

5. Follow-Up and Documentation

  • Summary notes and Q&A transcripts posted in SayPro SharePoint
  • Common themes compiled into a post-event Internal FAQ Sheet
  • Outstanding issues forwarded to SayPro Operations Royalty for resolution or follow-up
