This ensures transparency, staff inclusion, and audit-ready compliance in organizational change management.

1. Upload Acknowledgment Form to HR System
- Form Title: Organizational Changes Acknowledgment – May 2025
- Content Includes:
- Employee Name & ID (auto-populated)
- Confirmation checkbox: “I have reviewed and understand my updated role definition.”
- Optional comments section for role-related concerns
- Digital signature field (timestamped upon submission)
