Submission Guidelines

All applicants must submit a complete research entry package, which must include the following six (6) components:

1. Motivation Statement (Maximum 300 words):
   A personal narrative explaining your interest in SayPro Brand Perception research. This statement should address:
   • Your connection to qualitative research or brand perception studies
   • Why the SayPro brand is of particular interest to you
   • What you aim to contribute through your participation
2. Abstract of Qualitative Study or Approach (Maximum 500 words):
   A clear and concise summary of your proposed or ongoing qualitative study. The abstract should outline:
   • The central research question or objective
   • The qualitative method or approach used (e.g., thematic analysis, case study, ethnography)
   • Key focus areas or concepts being explored
   • Relevance to SayPro’s brand identity, public perception, or consumer insights
3. Full Qualitative Analysis Paper (2,000–5,000 words):
   A detailed report presenting your research. This must include:
   • Introduction and background
   • Literature review or theoretical context
   • Methodology and data sources
   • Key findings and thematic insights
   • Conclusion and relevance to SayPro’s branding initiatives
4. Researcher Bio(s) (Maximum 150 words per person):
   A short biography for each individual or team member participating. Include name, age, academic/professional background, and research interests.
5. Ethics Statement:
   A signed declaration affirming that your study complies with ethical research practices, including voluntary participation, confidentiality, and data protection standards.
6. Copy of Identification:
   A scanned or clear photo copy of a valid government-issued ID or passport (for age verification and administrative compliance). Applicants must be 18 years or older to participate. The ID will be used solely for verification purposes and handled in accordance with SayPro’s data protection policy.
