Submission Guidelines

All applicants must submit a complete research entry package, which must include the following seven (7) components:

  1. Motivation Statement (Maximum 300 words):
    A personal or group statement explaining your interest in SayPro Brand Perception research, highlighting:
    • Your motivation for participating
    • Your connection to brand studies or qualitative research
    • How your contribution aligns with SayPro’s goals
  2. Abstract of Qualitative Study or Approach (Maximum 500 words):
    A focused summary outlining the study’s core objective, qualitative methodology, themes explored, and its relevance to SayPro’s brand perception initiatives.
  3. Full Qualitative Analysis Paper (2,000–5,000 words):
    The main research document should include:
    • Introduction and background
    • Literature review or conceptual framework
    • Research design and methods
    • Findings and interpretation
    • Conclusion and strategic implications
  4. Researcher Bio(s) (Maximum 150 words per individual):
    A short biography of each participant, detailing their background, research focus, and institutional or professional affiliation.
  5. Ethics Statement:
    A formal declaration ensuring the study adheres to accepted ethical research standards, including informed consent, privacy, and data integrity.
  6. Copy of Identification:
    A valid government-issued ID or passport (scan or clear photo) from each participant. All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
  7. Lead Contact for Group Entries:
    If submitting as a group, one individual must be nominated as the lead contact. This person will:
    • Serve as the primary liaison with the SayPro Research Office
    • Be responsible for submitting the final research package
    • Receive all official communications and updates
    • Ensure team compliance with submission requirements and deadlines
