Objective: Conduct 10–12 stakeholder interviews per week across diverse regions to gather insights for program evaluation, service improvement, and strategic alignment.

- Interviews per week: 10–12
- Stakeholder types:
- Clients (new, current, former)
- Local and regional partners
- Internal SayPro staff
- Government representatives (if applicable)
- Community-based organizations or NGOs
- Regions: Rotate weekly focus to ensure balanced geographic representation (e.g., Southern Africa, West Africa, East Africa, global partners)
2.SayPro Interview Structure
- Length: 30–45 minutes
- Method: Video call, phone call, or in-person (where possible)
- Tools: Interview guide, Zoom/Google Meet, CRM tracking sheet, transcription software (if needed)
- Themes Covered:
- Satisfaction with SayPro programs/services
- Impact and outcomes
- Pain points or barriers to engagement
- Suggestions for improvement
- Regional-specific needs or opportunities
3.SayPro Weekly Workflow
Monday
- Finalize weekly interview schedule
- Confirm participant availability and send calendar invites
- Prepare interview materials and background info
Tuesday–Thursday
- Conduct interviews (target: 3–5 per day)
- Take detailed notes or record with consent
- Begin summarizing key takeaways daily
Friday
- Complete any pending interviews
- Draft weekly insights summary
- Share findings with the team via internal memo or dashboard
- Update tracking sheet with status (Completed, Pending, Cancelled)
