SayPro Upload:Cleaned data

To upload cleaned data to the SayPro platform, the process is nearly identical to uploading raw data, but it assumes your dataset has already been processed (e.g., errors removed, standardized formatting, validated values). Here’s a clear guide to do it the SayPro way:

✅ Checklist Before Uploading Cleaned Data:

1. Accepted File Formats:
   • .csv (recommended)
   • .xlsx
   • .json (if working with structured data platforms)
2. Data Formatting Guidelines (SayPro Standards):
   • No empty rows or columns.
   • Column headers are clear and consistent (e.g., Beneficiary_ID, Age, Feedback_Score).
   • Dates are in ISO format: YYYY-MM-DD.
   • No special characters or merged cells.
   • Unique identifiers where applicable.

🔼 Steps to Upload Cleaned Data to SayPro:

1. Log In to SayPro Platform

• Go to: https://www.saypro.online
• Login with your project credentials.

2. Navigate to “Data Management” or “Project Upload”

• From the dashboard, go to:
  • Projects > [Your Project] > Upload Cleaned Data

3. Select Upload Type

• Choose:
  ✅ Cleaned Data Upload
  (Not Raw Data — that option skips validation layers you’ve already applied.)

4. Upload Your File

• Click “Browse” and select your .csv or .xlsx file.
• Optional: Add a short description (e.g., “Cleaned baseline survey data – March 2025”)

5. Field Mapping (if required)

• Confirm or adjust how your columns map to SayPro’s internal database fields.

6. Validate and Submit

• Click Validate File → Wait for the platform to check for compliance.
• If all checks pass, click Upload Data.

🔁 After Upload:

• You will see a summary: “Upload Successful” or “Partial Success” with a report.
• Download any error logs if flagged, make corrections, and re-upload only affected records.

🔄 Alternative: Upload via SayPro API (Advanced Users)

If you’re integrating SayPro with a local database or using automated workflows:

• Use the POST /cleaned-data API endpoint.
• Include your project token and attach the file in multipart/form-data.
