All assigned teams are now required to provide structured peer feedback on a regular basis, aligned with the organisation’s values of professionalism, accountability, and mutual growth.

Purpose of the Peer Feedback Process:

  • Strengthen teamwork through constructive engagement
  • Promote a culture of openness, respect, and shared responsibility
  • Identify individual strengths and areas for professional development
  • Support leadership in understanding team dynamics and morale

How the Process Works:

  • Each team member is assigned a feedback group within the SayPro Platform
  • Feedback forms are standardised with guided prompts covering:
    • Collaboration and communication
    • Task ownership and accountability
    • Innovation and initiative
    • Supportiveness and professional conduct
  • All feedback is submitted confidentially and reviewed by team leads or supervisors
  • Aggregated insights are used for coaching, training, and performance discussions

Submission Schedule:

  • Peer feedback is required bi-weekly, with deadlines communicated via the platform’s internal messaging system
  • Automated reminders will be sent to ensure full participation and timely completion
