Objective:

To ensure that SayPro’s quarterly and long-term strategic priorities, core values, and mission are clearly communicated and fully understood across all departments. A key focus is on promoting strategic literacy to enable operational and support teams to connect their daily work to SayPro’s broader goals and contribute effectively to organizational success.


Strategic Communication & Literacy Mandate:

The SayPro Strategic Planning Office leads the implementation of SCOR-1 by making strategic information accessible, actionable, and relevant to all levels of the organization. This includes:
