Michigan — the Great Lakes State — is a land of breathtaking natural beauty, endless innovation, and resilient people. From the magnificent shores of Lake Michigan to the vibrant city streets of Detroit, from the serene Upper Peninsula to the industrious heart of Flint, Michigan stands as a shining symbol of American strength, creativity, and renewal.

Michigan’s history is one of courage and determination. This land has been home to Native American nations who stewarded its natural riches, to pioneers who braved new frontiers, to generations of workers who powered the rise of American industry, and to visionaries who continue to shape the future.
