This Fixed-Term Employment Contract (“Contract”) is made and entered into between:

3. Duration of Contract
The Employee’s fixed-term contract shall commence on [Start Date] and shall end on [End Date], unless terminated earlier as per the provisions of this Contract.
- This contract will not automatically renew unless agreed upon in writing by both parties.
- SayPro reserves the right to extend or renew this contract at its sole discretion.
4. Job Description and Responsibilities
The Employee shall perform duties as outlined in their job description for the position of [Job Title], as assigned by SayPro.
SayPro may amend the Employee’s duties as necessary.
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Drive targeted advertising campaigns to attract diverse volunteer candidates
- Manage and streamline the application and screening process
- Conduct structured interviews to evaluate volunteer fit
- Deliver engaging onboarding and orientation experiences
Training and Development
- Perform needs-based assessments to tailor training to volunteer roles
- Develop and facilitate training content and learning materials
- Implement continuous development strategies to grow volunteer capabilities
Scheduling and Coordination
- Create efficient and adaptive volunteer schedules
- Assign tasks based on skill sets, availability, and project needs
- Act as a liaison between volunteers and internal teams for seamless collaboration
Performance Management
- Provide ongoing performance feedback and guidance
- Design recognition initiatives to boost volunteer morale
- Mediate and resolve conflicts in a fair, timely manner
Data Management
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of volunteer activity and information
- Generate monthly and quarterly reports to track performance and impact
- Ensure compliance with SayPro’s standards and legal requirements
Communication and Engagement
- Lead communication efforts with regular newsletters and updates
- Organize engagement activities including volunteer appreciation events
- Conduct feedback surveys to continuously improve the volunteer experience
5. Working Hours
The Employee shall work [Specify working hours], with a lunch break of [Specify break duration].
Overtime may be required as per SayPro’s operational needs and shall be compensated in accordance with labor laws.
6. Remuneration and Benefits

7. Leave Entitlement

Any breach of confidentiality may result in legal action.
10. Code of Conduct
The Employee shall adhere to SayPro’s policies, procedures, and professional standards.
Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this contract shall first be resolved internally through SayPro’s dispute resolution process before legal action is taken.
12. Entire Agreement
This Contract constitutes the full agreement between SayPro and the Employee. Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
13. Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by the labor laws of South Africa.
