This Permanent Employment Contract (“Contract”) is entered into between:

3. Commencement Date
The Employee’s permanent employment shall commence on [Start Date], and shall continue indefinitely unless terminated as per the terms of this Contract.
4. Job Description and Responsibilities
The Employee shall perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the position of [Job Title] at SayPro, as outlined in their job description. These duties may be amended from time to time at SayPro’s discretion.
The successful candidate will contribute to monthly and quarterly strategic partnerships across a wide range of municipal service areas, including but not limited to:
Monthly Strategic Focus Areas:
- Municipal Communications & Customer Relations
- Executive & Council Support
- HR, ICT, Knowledge Management & Legal Services
- Policy & Strategy, Organisational Performance & Data Science
- Housing (HOTTS), Urban Management & Informal Settlements
- Climate Change, Disaster Risk, Electricity, Energy & Resilience
- Library Services, Parks, Social Development & Early Childhood Development
Core Functions:
- Assist in coordinating monthly meetings and follow-ups with municipal departments
- Support documentation of partnership engagements, including action plans, agendas, minutes, and reports
- Assist in monitoring the implementation of strategic partnership objectives and deliverables
- Provide research and administrative support across multiple municipal workstreams
- Help manage stakeholder communications and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Work with internal teams to align SayPro’s offerings to municipal priorities
- Track municipal performance metrics and partnership impact data
5. Working Hours
The Employee shall work [Specify working hours], with a lunch break of [Specify break duration]. Overtime may be required as per business needs, subject to labor regulations.
6. Remuneration and Benefits

7. Leave Entitlement

8. Probation Period

9. Termination of Employment

10. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure
The Employee shall not disclose any confidential information, trade secrets, or proprietary data belonging to SayPro during or after their employment. Breach of this clause may lead to legal action.
11. Code of Conduct
The Employee agrees to abide by SayPro’s policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines. Any violation may result in disciplinary action.
12. Dispute Resolution
In case of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve matters internally through SayPro’s dispute resolution procedures before seeking external arbitration or legal action.
13. Entire Agreement
This Contract constitutes the full agreement between SayPro and the Employee. Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
14. Governing Law
This Contract shall be governed by the labor laws of South Africa.
