To ensure smooth operations and compliance with SayPro policies, employees are required to submit the following documents upon hiring and during their tenure with the organization:

  • Valid National Identification Card/Passport

2. Employment & Work Authorization Documents

  • Offer Letter signed by the employee
  • Employment Contract signed by both parties

  • Tax Identification Number (TIN) or equivalent
  • Social Security or Provident Fund Registration details

3. Academic & Professional Qualifications

  • Copies of Degree/Diploma Certificates

4. Financial & Banking Information

  • Bank Account Details for Salary Processing
  • Payroll Deduction Authorization Form (if applicable)

5. Health & Insurance Documents
