2. PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT

This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the SayPro Videos App for content creation, viewing, and distribution.

3. PLATFORM USAGE & RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1 SAYPRO RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide a secure and accessible platform for video content.
Ensure technical support and maintenance of the app.
Moderate content to comply with ethical and legal standards.
Protect user data in compliance with data protection laws.

3.2 USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Use the app in accordance with its intended purpose.
Upload only lawful and non-offensive content.
Respect copyright and intellectual property rights.
Ensure that uploaded content does not violate any third-party rights.
Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials.

4. CONTENT OWNERSHIP & LICENSE

Users retain ownership of the content they upload.
By uploading content, the User grants SayPro a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, distribute, and display the content.
SayPro reserves the right to remove any content that violates its policies or legal requirements.

5. MONETIZATION & PAYMENT TERMS

If applicable, content creators may earn revenue from video monetization.
SayPro shall deduct a [Percentage] % service fee from all earnings.
Payments shall be processed on a [Payment Cycle] basis.
SayPro reserves the right to withhold payments in case of suspected fraudulent activity.

6. USER PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

SayPro shall collect and process user data in compliance with privacy laws.
Users must not misuse or share the personal data of others.
Any breach of data security must be reported immediately to SayPro.

7. PROHIBITED CONTENT & ACTIVITIES

Users must not upload, distribute, or promote:

Illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
Hate speech, discrimination, or violent material.
Copyrighted content without proper authorization.
Fraudulent or misleading advertisements.
Any other content violating SayPro’s ethical policies.

8. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

SayPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating this Agreement.
Users may voluntarily terminate their accounts with prior notice.
Any violations of legal or ethical standards may result in legal action.

9. LIABILITY LIMITATION

SayPro shall not be held responsible for any losses, damages, or claims arising from the use of the app.
Users assume full responsibility for their content and interactions.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes shall first be resolved through mutual discussions.
If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to mediation or arbitration in South Africa.
The governing law for this Agreement shall be South African law.

11. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the full agreement between the parties.
Amendments: Any modifications must be agreed upon in writing.
Severability: If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining terms shall remain enforceable.
